IPS was founded in year 1989 as a wholesale trade company
for reselling professional electronics. At the beginning of the year 1991
IPS decided to start the investment in development of telecommunication
systems. Digital subscriber Pair Gain Systems (PCM) for transmitting voice
and data over copper twisted pair cable became a trade mark of IPS company.
Growth of the company and introduction of new technologies made IPS one
of the largest companies for production and development of digital subscriber
Pair Gain Systems in this part of Europe.
